Why did you decide to join the Master of Management Analytics program?
Coming from a computer science background, I feel that the need for good data scientists is ever increasing. This program fits perfectly to help me develop those skills and look at a problem from not only the data side but also with consideration of business aspects as well. The practicum project looks like the perfect opportunity to apply those skills to a real problem before finally starting my career.
Top reason(s) for choosing Rotman:
My main reason for choosing Rotman is its reputation and ranking. Being in the best school of management in Canada gives me a lot of opportunities to network with amazing talent across all programs. Also, Toronto is a great multicultural city and seems like an upcoming hub for this industry.
What are you looking forward to the most in the program?
I look forward to gaining business acumen and learning to apply AI and ML to different problems. Being amongst some of the most talented people helps me push my boundaries every day.
What do you expect to gain in your next 11 months at Rotman?
I expect to make a great network and develop invaluable data skills. Being proficient in the latest tools and technologies being used in the industry will help me with being a good data scientist.
