What was the highlight of your Rotman Experience?

There are many, but the Center for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine study tour during our Toronto module was a highlight for me. The new models of partnership between academia and industry are very inspiring.

What are some of your reasons for choosing Rotman?

There’re two reasons for my decision to study at Rotman. First, Rotman offers a world-class healthcare MBA focused on the entire value-chain. Secondly, the opportunity to study in Toronto - in a university and city that is quickly becoming the epicenter of innovation in healthcare.

Do you have any tips for prospective individuals interested in the GEMBA-HLS program?

It’s not often you get the chance to learn with so many global healthcare leaders. Be ready to provide your insights into healthcare from your unique lens. Above all, embrace being a student - leave the day-to-day behind while on module. Our course director says “every system is perfectly designed to get the results they get” - this can be true for individuals as well. Whether you want to make the change, or be changed, the GEMBA-HLS Executive MBA is the program for you.

Have you had the opportunity to become involved in any extra-curricular activities?

I’ve enjoyed the intro program to the Creative Destruction Lab. As a co-founder of a company, the emphasis on entrepreneurial strategy was incredibly helpful.

Our leadership retreat in Toronto was surprisingly enriching. It drove us to identify consistency in the narratives between our internal and external self.

Grounded in world-class thought leadership, the Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences program helps you develop the expertise you need to shape your organization and drive your career on the international stage. And while you explore best practices globally, we’ll guide you through an in-depth assessment of your potential, with the goal of shaping you into a more impactful leader.

Become a powerful leader with the Rotman integrated leadership framework. Learn. Reflect. Apply. Through a cycle of a personal development plan, one-on one coaching and experiential learning, develop your strengths and true career potential.
