Join Adnan Haider, Advanced Analytics & AI - Associate Partner at IBM as he discusses the application of advanced analytics in the industrial sector, including the market potential and challenges. Adnan is part of IBM's Advanced Analytics & AI practice in Canada, where he is leading multi-disciplinary teams to help companies build transformative capabilities. Prior this this role, Adnan held a global position with IBM's Center of Competence for Banking & Financial Markets, advising clients on complex transformation focusing on digital banking and front-office. He has led major strategy engagements with clients ranging from one of the largest global banks in the UK to an industrial conglomerate in the Middle East. Adnan has a deep interest in analytics and hi-tech product development that he has honed through engagements and experiments in Europe, North America and the Middle East. The concepts presented will be illustrated through case-studies in two sectors: Energy & Mining. Near the end of the session, Adnan will share his personal journey and employee experience at IBM.

Adnan has a Masters degree from Duke University and is a Fulbright Scholar.
