Fayez Quereshy

Bio

Fayez Quereshy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto, with a cross-appointment to the Operations Management and Statistics Area at Rotman.

Dr. Quereshy is a graduate of the University of Toronto Medical School and General Surgery Training Program and also holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He has completed his Fellowship training in Surgical Oncology at the University of Toronto and Robotic Surgery Training in Hong Kong. His clinical practice is centred on minimally invasive and colorectal surgical oncology. His research focuses on Hospital Administration and specifically Operations Management and Process-level Evaluation and Optimization and Outcomes.
