Following the November 9, 2018 Supreme Court of Canada decision which unanimously upheld the constitutionality of a proposal to implement a national cooperative capital markets regulatory system. Our panel of experts will commented on the decision and discussed the next steps.

In the November 9, 2018 decision, the Supreme Court of Canada unanimously upheld the constitutionality of a proposal to implement a national cooperative capital markets regulatory system currently by the federal government and six (6) of thirteen (13) provincial and territorial governments. Our panel of experts will commented on the decision and discussed the next steps in the implementation of a pan-Canadian securities regulation.
