Joëlle is the Business Development Manager for the CAN Health Network and helps Canadian innovators scale their technologies nationally and beyond. Joëlle holds a BSc in Medical Biology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, an MSc and PhD in Neurobiology from Laval University, as well as an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
