Download a copy of the report.

This follows the publication in 2021 of their first paper in the series, Not-for-Profit Board Diversity & Inclusion: Is It Essentially Window-Dressing? The new report builds on the 2021 report, by discussing the experiences of six leading not-for-profit organizations, and the advice of four leading executive search consultants. The co-authors share practical advice about:

  • Recruitment strategies to achieve diversity goals;

  • Identifying Indigenous candidates for Boards;

  • Overcoming barriers to building diversity and inclusion;

  • Building comfort in discussing the language of race.

In the meantime, you can watch a recording of the February 2021 webinar where Cardozo and Fullbrook discuss the 2021 report.
