Rod Lohin

Executive Director of the Lee-Chin Institute

Rod Lohin oversees the Lee-Chin Institute’s research, grants, consulting projects and initiatives to reach business leaders and engage MBA students in corporate sustainability.

Rod Lohin is Executive Director of the Michael Lee-Chin Family Institute for Corporate Citizenship at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Since 2005, Rod has overseen the Lee-Chin Institute’s research, grants, and initiatives to reach business leaders and engage MBA students in corporate sustainability, providing strategic advice and research to RBC Financial Group, SunLife, Blackberry and others.

Rod was formerly the Director of the corporate practice at Manifest, where he developed corporate citizenship strategies and programs for Ericsson, Hewlett-Packard, Kellogg, and Sears and others in Canada and abroad. The work for Ericsson to help improve the global response to disasters was implemented worldwide and recognized by the UN Global Compact, the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Swedish Foreign Ministry.

Previously, he was Director, Partnerships and Projects for United Way of Greater Toronto. He started his career as a management consultant at Toronto-based consulting firm Patterson Kirk Wallace.
