Measuring, Steering and Reporting on Impact Investing by Using the Sustainable Development Investments Framework, featuring Jaap van Dam

March 1, 2022 , 12PM - 1PM EST (Online)

Introduction by Kenneth Corts, Vice-Dean, Research, Strategy, and Resources Academic Director of the Lee-Chin Institute for Corporate Citizenship

Impact investing is rapidly developing amongst asset owners around the globe. Sustainable Development Goals provide a great framework to identify impact. In order to be able to identify, allocate and measure the contribution of companies to the SDG’s, four members of  the International Center for Pension Management (ICPM) -- BCI, Australian Super, APG and PGGM -- have developed the SDI-AOP, the Sustainable Development Investment Asset Owner Platform. First research outcomes indicate that asset owners can significantly allocate to SDI’s without compromising their financial goals.

In his contribution, Jaap will talk about the SDI’s and the way they are used, and present research outcomes on the SDI’s.

More information about the International Center for Pension Management can be found on the ICPM's website here
