Help! All I see is a blank screen!
Due to new browser security requirements (our payment system requires that all browsers are capable of supporting TLS 1.2) if you are using an older, incompatible browser, you may encounter a blank screen when you try to start your online payment process. Here are some options to fix this issue.
Update your browser to the latest version:
But I'm already using the latest version of Internet Explorer!
Even if you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, your settings may need to be changed in order for the payment system to display properly.
Change Internet Explorer's settings:
- Click on the "gear" icon at the top right corner
- Select "Internet options"
- Click the "Advanced" tab
- Scroll to the bottom
- Check off "TLS 1.2" if it isn't already
- Click "Apply"
- Click "Ok"
