Advanced Business Design Facilitation

What is Business Design?

Business Design is a human-centred approach to innovation. By developing an empathic mindset through design methods, organizations can be more strategic about finding, framing and solving problems. Business Design embeds Design Thinking (focused primarily on creative solutions) into its end-to-end innovation stages. Business Design develops the critical ‘innovative’ mindset in business leaders and ultimately the culture of future-proof organizations.
