Executive MBA Graduates Named as the “Best and Brightest” for 2022.

August 02, 2022

Toronto – Two graduates from the One-Year Executive MBA program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management were named as the “Best & Brightest” Executive MBAs for 2022 by Poets&Quants for Executives.

Julie Dell’Aniello, MBA’22, is President of Martin-Brower of Canada Co. Idalin McKenzie, MBA’22, is Principal of KLAM Consulting. They were among the 101 recent graduates from Executive MBA programs around the world who were named to the list, which honours EMBAs who personify excellence including academic performance, extracurricular involvement, or professional achievement.

“Learn. Apply. Reflect. Improve. These are the principles that Julie uses as she leads her organization and develops herself and her people. It’s no surprise that she was promoted to acting President of Martin-Brower of Canada Co. in the middle of the Executive MBA program and then offered the role permanently, repeatedly proving her resilience, and appetite to learn and grow as an executive,” said Rocca Morra Hodge, an executive coach with the program. “Her bias for action and ‘get it done’ attitude, coupled with her focus on business fundamentals and people, made her a sought-after resource within the class. We look forward to following Julie’s career and her positive impact on the business world.”

“Intelligent and insightful, Idalin is a dignified force with true presence. Graciously sharing her varied experiences, she enriched the learning environment throughout the Rotman Executive MBA program. Her track record of leadership in accounting, operations, and governance, enhanced by professional designations, make Idalin a renaissance woman of management and leadership in the public and private sectors,” said John Oesch, associate professor, teaching stream. “Idalin is a confident, inclusive leader who sees problems as opportunities and helps others to get things done. An asset in any setting, we can’t wait to see what she does next.”
