Rotman Executive MBA Graduates Named as Executives-in-Residence at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management

Toronto – Two leaders with expertise in international capital markets and business, who are graduates of the Rotman Executive MBA program, have been appointed as Executives-in-Residence at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School.

Dr. Rajeev Chib, MBA’08, will engage with students and faculty across a range of programs particularly with his ongoing participation with the Rotman LEADs program, where senior industry leaders mentor students.

Jennifer Lee, MBA’06, is frequent guest lecturer in several Rotman MBA classes. She currently teaches a new MBA course, Management Consulting in Uncertainty, in which students have the opportunity to work on real-world projects.

Dr. Chib is a seasoned capital markets professional with 25 years’ international experience with leading financial institutions based in Hong Kong, New York, and Toronto. He is the Regional Asia Head of Client Facilitation & Business Management across Investor Sales and Relationship Management at Citi Global Markets in Asia Pacific region. He is a member of the APAC Investor Sales & Relationship management team, and Co-Chair of the COO Markets committee of Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA). In addition to his Executive MBA, he has a Doctorate in Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics (with honours) from the University of Toronto.

Lee has extensive experience as a management consulting focusing on growth strategy & analytics, M&A and value-creation for global tier-one consumer, retail and private equity firms. She is currently Vice-Chair and Senior Partner, Global & Canada, for Deloitte LLP where she acts as a key advisor to consumer, retail and private equity C-suite Executives globally on business model transformation to enhance value creation. In addition to her Executive MBA, she has a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade & Management from the University of Waterloo.
