Rotman Executive MBA Graduate Named as the “Best and Brightest” for 2023.

August 2, 2023

Toronto – A graduate from the One-Year Executive MBA program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management was named as one of the “Best & Brightest” Executive MBAs for 2023 by Poets&Quants for Executives.

Jessica Lee, Executive MBA’23, is Director, Integration Strategy and Alignment (Integration Management Office) with RBC. She was one of 106 recent graduates from Executive MBA programs around the world who were named to the list, which honours EMBAs who personify excellence including academic performance, extracurricular involvement, or professional achievement.

“The leadership growth experienced through launching a startup from a concept to a fully operational business, built resilience. My experience at the bank taught me how to drive value at scale. And the EMBA has been instrumental in tying those experiences together into tools I can use,” said Lee.

“Never afraid of the workload in the program, and on top of her challenging role at RBC Ventures and her family obligations, Jessica is a natural leader in dealing with team dynamics and effectiveness. She used the resources to her full advantage and was a great sounding board for her classmates. A strong champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, she made an impact both professionally and personally to level the playing field.  Already in a new role as the Director of Integration Strategy & Alignment at RBC, and part of the Women in Leadership Development program, her organization sees the potential as she brings a balanced approach to getting results and developing her team to thrive in uncertain times.  She challenged the status quo and was a great advocate for practical and creative solutions for her cohort,” said Rocca Morra Hodge, an executive coach with the program.

The feature story and a profile of Lee are online at Poets&Quants for Executives. Further information on the Rotman Executive MBA and MBA programs is also online.
