International opportunities

The Rotman Morning MBA and Evening MBA programs reflect the reality of doing business in the global economy. Gain international experience while at Rotman by going on a study tour abroad.

Prepare for business in the global economy

Rotman offers a range of international study opportunities, from exchanges, two-week global study tours to global consulting projects.

International study tours

Many students in the Morning MBA and/or Evening MBA go on the two-week study tours that are offered by the International Programs and Services Office. A combination of sight-seeing and visits to local corporations and businesses give you insight into the economic drivers of a given country.

Study tour

International study tours are designed to provide a framework with which to understand the opportunities and challenges associated with the emergence of major new markets in the world economy. The trips include stopovers in major cities where students will learn firsthand what it is like to do business while participating in a number of cultural and tourist activities. Site visits to local, Canadian and international companies provide students with a well-rounded overview of the specific country.

Study Tours change on a yearly basis, and have been offered in the following regions:

China
Middle East
India
