Why did you decide to study the Master of Management Analytics program?

I want to equip myself with more technical knowledge and employable skills. Coming from a business background, I saw data play an important role in decision making, so I want to learn a competitive skill set in data analytics and bridge the gap between business and technology.

What were your top reasons for choosing Rotman?

Comprehensive curriculum, great supporting resources, such as labs and career services, and ideal location (Toronto).

What are you looking forward to most in the program?

Definitely, the practicum is something I'm most looking forward to.

What do you expect to gain in your next 11 months at Rotman?

I expect to learn from professors, peers, industry professionals and will be ready to apply what I learn in the analytics field.

How have you found the online experience at Rotman?

It is a challenging but rewarding experience. We still have multiple channels to connect with peers; faculty and staff at Rotman are also easy to approach in virtual settings.

Did COVID-19 make you re-consider your decision to study this year, and if so, what made you decide to continue?

No, going to graduate school directly after my undergraduate was always my decision. Despite COVID-19, it is still valuable to be able to learn and move forward, maintaining a degree of certainty in this very uncertain situation.

The Master of Management Analytics is designed to give students the advanced data management, analytics, and communication skills needed to become an analytics professional.
