Bio

Scott is an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream (Accounting). He teaches courses in introductory, intermediate and advanced financial accounting, intermediate managerial accounting, personal taxation and corporate taxation. Scott is also actively involved in the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program, facilitating all three levels of the Tutorial Series. His professional experience includes several years experience in financial reporting and taxation, working in various industries and sectors including public accounting, banking, wealth management and government.

Scott is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of Toronto, and he obtained a master’s degree in finance from the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant.
