My experience attending both Rotman's Integrative Thinking and Leading Change programs exceeded all my expectations. I attended the programs back-to-back and I was inspired by my interaction with the faculty and the other attendees. The programs have given me the opportunity to filter my thoughts through elements like strategic thinking and change management. The knowledge gained and tools learned will be great for my future.
